This Policy sets out the terms governing order cancellations, returns, and refunds for all purchases made through our platform. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Order Cancellations
Prepaid Orders: All prepaid orders are final and non-cancellable. Once an order is placed using any prepaid payment method (including but not limited to credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking), it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our business and products, Island Rangoli does not accept returns or provide refunds for any orders, whether COD or prepaid. All sales are considered final once confirmed.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
We request our consumers to immediately make a video of receiving product and count in the number of articles you ordered, while making video for future reference.
If you receive a product that is:
Damaged during transit, or materially different from what you ordered, you are required to notify us within 24 (twenty-four) hours of delivery.
To verify the claim, you must provide a clear and complete unboxing video of the parcel at the time of opening. Claims without such evidence may not be entertained.
Once the claim is verified, Island Rangoli will, at its sole discretion, arrange for a replacement of the product. No monetary refunds will be issued.
4. Replacement Delivery Timelines
Replacement deliveries shall ordinarily take:
7–8 business days during non-festive seasons, and
12–15 business days during festive seasons or periods of high demand.

6. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with Island Rangoli, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Cancellation, Return and Replacement Policy.
